I'm LaShiela
LaShiela Holmes is a persistent, determined, resilient, dynamic, sophisticated professional speaker called to be a world-renowned motivator in my field. She has encouraged many people through her speaking, teaching, and programs. Her focus is to help women, men, and children heal from brokenness and become the best version of themselves as they can possibly achieve.
LaShiela has written one of the most powerful self-help books for women, “From a Poverty Mindset to a Wealthy Mindset” empowering women mentally, physically, and financially. She is focused on several E-books teaching how to build generational wealth. Her mission is to help clients live with a purpose and leave a legacy to be remembered.
Since 2010 she has managed several businesses in her career however professional speaking and coaching have always dominated everything in her career path. Many clients would come to her office for one service and leave wanting to become a better person and pursue their dreams. That was her platform of speaking/coaching points every chance she could help someone. She knew she was called to speak and coach when people’s lives around her changed after a meeting. Speaking and leading a person to a Win does something to a speaker.
Through motivating, encouraging, and teaching she is very direct and honest. Serving people, she learned how to connect through experiences in life and how she dealt with difficult situations and won victories. She uses parables, statics, and real-life situations so the audience can connect with her on a very personal heartfelt level so they will leave fulfilled and ready to conquer their issues. She is Anointed to Speak, Gifted to Teach and Graced to go into the world and teach others how to heal, build and pursue their lives.
MY STORY
How it all began.
I knew that I have always been different. I knew that I was not like anyone is my family or the friends I encountered. Until this happened.
As a single parent of 4 children, I wanted to give my children the best life and version of me that I could possible give. One day I realized that it was more to life than what I was living at that moment. I was sitting on my porch one summer about 14 years ago watching my children play in the backyard. I was so broke I could not even take my children to the local pool, tears rolled down my face. I heard God say go register for college, and I immediately done what was requested. I started college that year and the next year I started my first business with $50 and a laptop.
That whole experience on that porch that summer changed my whole life because I was tired of being tired. If I can achieve success as a teen mom, college drop out, 4 children no help, black sheep of the family, business ups and downs and no family support you can too.
